We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Floor Nurse to join our team!
12 hour shift - Daytime 7a to 7p
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to residents while promoting a safe, caring, and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly to the physician and supervisor.
- Complete and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
- Assist CNAs and ensure all resident care needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and training sessions.
